My name is Cassie Lambert, the founder, creator and you're tough love, Lift Like a Boss Coach.

I spent YEARS (yes years) fearing food worried that if I ate too much I would get fat. If the scale went up by one pound I freaked out. If my jeans felt a little too tight one day I would add more and more cardio into my week.


Yes I was in the gym lifting and yes a part of me felt strong but when I looked in the mirror I felt ashamed and disgusted at what I saw.

Everything jiggled and I did not look like the girls on the cover of the fitness magazines that I envied.

I spent so long putting the time and energy into my training but because of my broken food and body relationship and death by cardio. I never reaped any of the benefits.

When I started Tracking Macros in 2016 after years of restrictive dieting:

💕I understood food and how it fuels our body
💕I understood what it takes for me to build muscle and what I needed to do to lose fat
💕I was free from the fads and death by cardio cycle
💕I was free from the restriction, deprivation, and binging
💕I was free from the all or nothing mindset

Do I need a gym for this program?

No, there are both an in GYM and AT HOME Lift Like A Boss training methods.

Is LLB only for weight loss?

No, LLB will help you build lean muscle and blast fat. However, if you only want to build muscle I will set your macros so that it reflects your goals. Also, because the workouts can be changed and modified to fit specific fitness goals.

Is LLB for US residents only?

No, LLB can be done from anywhere in the world!

How long are the workouts?

Each workout is anywhere between 45-60 minutes.
